It’s the week of Christmas and you have an endless list of things you must do before things are perfect and the relatives arrive. The clock is ticking.
Where do you fit in the workout, the walk, the egg whites – and the gratitude journal and afternoon nap? You know how great you think, feel, and behave when you are on that list. Your day goes better when you take care of yourself before tackling anything else.
Careful here…
Is your choice to skip self-care to power through The Endless List? After all, it is the week of Christmas, your plate is full, and the groceries aren’t going to magically appear.
Before you skim over the word “choice,” know that with very few exceptions – you do not have to do anything.
WHAT YOU DO IS WHAT YOU CHOOSE TO DO.
I don’t know about you, but when I choose to run my life under stress and pressure, I wear my resentment with a smile and sharp edge. Even my car gets grumpy and aggressive. It doesn’t like driving behind slow cars either.
When I choose Me First and then take on The Realistic + Doable List, I always get everything handled with time to spare and feel optimistic. I am calm and kind to others.
My results are self-love, self-esteem, and success. Every time.
How will you choose to think, feel, and behave for the rest of 2021 and into 2022? It’s your choice.
If your choices leave you harried, exhausted, depleted, and resentful – and you want different results in 2022 –book a call with me.
Being coached weekly helps me personally and professionally resolve whatever is underneath the choices that steer me away from my North Star and best life – which includes doing what I love and am so passionate about!
My gift is coaching people like you in resolving what’s causing your discomfort and poor choices. And, then to help you go from sea level to soaring in the life you want.Let's talkand then you choose what to do next.
