4 THINGS BLOCKING YOUR MOTIVATION

Sometimes you're motivated and other times you're just not.

You procrastinate, shut down, watch productivity slow to a snail's pace, feel distracted and unfocused, and skip self-care (the things that actually feel good and help motivate you).

You reach for self-soothing behaviors that feel good in the moment but not so good thereafter. Those self-sabotaging behaviors seduce you into short-term gratification in the form of relief from shame, fear, anxiety... and guilt from missing deadlines at work and dropping balls at home.

Words matter and you're using words OPPOSITE of what calms, nurtures, supports, inspires and motivates you.
